Cancellation policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all charter bookings.
All guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
If a guest cancels for any reason, the deposit and any additional payments made will not be refunded.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your charter. At checkout, you may pay either the deposit or the full charter total.
Your booking is confirmed only after your deposit or full payment is successfully processed. If you pay the deposit, we’ll send you a separate payment link to pay the remaining balance. For charters booked more than 5 days before departure, the balance is due 5 days before you depart. For charters booked 5 days or fewer before departure, the balance is due right away.
Weather Policy
At Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises, we are committed to providing you with an unforgettable experience, rain or shine. Our tiki roof offers protection from light rain and sun, ensuring you can enjoy your time on the water regardless of the weather.
However, safety is our top priority. If we determine that weather conditions such as high winds, storms, or other hazardous conditions pose a risk to your safety, we reserve the right to cancel the charter.
Only Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises has the authority to decide whether weather conditions require a cancellation. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible. If Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises cancels a charter because of unsafe weather or mechanical issues, all payments made will be refunded in full.
