Cancellation policy
14+ Days Notice: No additional charges; only the $75 non-refundable deposit will be retained.
7-13 Days Notice: A cancellation within this window will result in a charge of 50% of the total charter price.
0-6 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled charter will be charged the full charter price.
Mechanical Issues: If Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises cancels a trip due to mechanical issues, guests will receive either a full refund or a rain check to reschedule for a later date.
Weather: If your trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive either a refund or a rain check for another available date. Please note, only Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises has the authority to cancel a charter due to weather-related concerns for safety reasons.
Deposit & Payment Policy
- A $75 non-refundable deposit is required for all charters at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 3-5 days prior to the charter, unless a cash payment arrangement has been made in advance.
- If paying cash upon arrival, the card on file will only be charged in the event of a no-show.
Weather Policy
At Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises, we are committed to providing you with an unforgettable experience, rain or shine. Our tiki roof offers protection from light rain and sun, ensuring you can enjoy your time on the water regardless of the weather.
However, safety is our top priority. If we determine that weather conditions—such as high winds, storms, or other hazardous conditions—pose a risk to your safety, we reserve the right to cancel the charter.
Please note: Only Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises has the authority to decide whether weather conditions necessitate a cancellation. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible should a cancellation be required.
