FAQs

Is the boat Coast Guard approved and equipped with safety gear?

Yes, our vessel undergoes regular U.S. Coast Guard Vessel Safety Checks and is fully equipped with all required safety and emergency equipment, meeting both Federal and State safety regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.

Guests must be 18 years or older to book a charter. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have approval from a parent or guardian. Additionally, children 12 years old and under are required to wear a USCG-approved life jacket at all times during the charter.

 Guests are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure to complete liability waivers and review the boat’s safety guidelines.

Food, Drinks & Amenities

Am I allowed to bring alcohol on board?

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and enjoy their charter as they please. However, safety is our top priority—if excessive alcohol consumption jeopardizes the safety of passengers or crew, the trip may end early without a refund. We encourage all guests to drink responsibly and enjoy the experience safely.

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Our vessel is equipped with coolers and ice trays to keep your items fresh throughout the charter. Chasers and mixers for drinks are also welcome.

Yes, our boat is equipped with a bathroom located at the rear of the vessel, available for urination only. Please note that number twos must be reserved for shore.

Activities & Policies

Are we allowed to swim during the charter?

Yes! Guests are welcome to swim, but only when the boat is anchored. We provide floats for you to relax on or swim freely in the water. With multiple great swimming spots available, we ensure a perfect and enjoyable experience.

While we are not a designated fishing charter, guests are welcome to bring their own fishing rod and bait if they’d like to cast a line during the charter.

Yes, gratuity is greatly appreciated. A 20% tip is standard in the industry and is a great way to show appreciation for your captain’s service.
