Cancellation policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all charter bookings.
All guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
If a guest cancels for any reason, the deposit and any additional payments made will not be refunded.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance will be collected in person on the day of the charter and may be paid by cash or card.
Weather Policy
At Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises, we are committed to providing you with an unforgettable experience, rain or shine. Our tiki roof offers protection from light rain and sun, ensuring you can enjoy your time on the water regardless of the weather.
However, safety is our top priority. If we determine that weather conditions—such as high winds, storms, or other hazardous conditions—pose a risk to your safety, we reserve the right to cancel the charter.
Please note: Only Wild Rooster Tiki Cruises has the authority to decide whether weather conditions necessitate a cancellation. We will make every effort to notify you as early as possible should a cancellation be required. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will reach out to you directly to offer a rain check and work with you to reschedule your charter at a mutually convenient date.
